UCC Care pvt ltd. was founded in 1986 by prominent New Delhi real estate developer Shri B.L. Arora, and it has been a well-known brand in the sector for more than thirty years. Mr. Manish Arora has been in charge of the business since 1996. We created The Golden Estate as a result of shifting lifestyles, a lack of available housing, and an increasing concern for the safety of older citizens.
Since March 2013, The Golden Estate, a prestigious senior citizen home in Delhi, the nation’s capital, has been running well. With a focus on providing seniors with a satisfying lifestyle in the company of friends and total peace of mind that comes with round-the-clock support from our highly trained team, our Independent and Assisted Living facility was carefully constructed.

- First, you have to fill out the application form. You can email us for the application form or apply in our office. The submitted form will be scrutinized by a screening committee and the information provided, if required, would be verified.
- Second, you will undergo a medical examination to verify your medical fitness level.
- Third, you can select your unit and an agreement between you and TGE would be executed.
