An active lifestyle contributes to the overall happiness of senior citizens by keeping them physically and mentally energetic.
The approach at TGE is to outline an activity programme best suited for each individual. This programme covers all facets concerning the resident’s lifestyle right from diet planning for physical and mental well-being to entertainment and work preferences.
Residents are encouraged to co-create the activity calendar with the manager in-charge of the facility. Group activities, such as yoga, golf, meditation, movie screenings, picnics and shopping trips are organised on a regular basis. Socially productive work with NGOs supporting various causes are encouraged to provide an opportunity for interaction with society and within the group. Residents are free to choose the activities they want to partake in.
Indoor sports such as table tennis, cards, chess, carrom and many others are also provided in the entertainment areas.
